What you're buying

ModelKit is a downloadable financial-model workbook (Google Sheets + Excel) plus written educational materials. It is an educational template: it is not investment, legal, financial, accounting, or tax advice; not a valuation opinion; and not an offer or solicitation of securities. Every figure the model produces is an arithmetic output of the assumptions you enter — change an assumption and every figure changes.

Delivery

Until card checkout is live, ordering sends us a request and we email payment instructions and next steps within one business day; nothing is charged on this site. Once payment is confirmed, the template is delivered by a download link and by email. If we ever fail to deliver a paid template within 5 business days, you're entitled to a full refund.

Refund policy

The template is a digital product delivered by download link once payment is confirmed. Because access to the file is the delivery, please read the sample report and this page before buying so you know exactly what you're getting.

• Broken or won't open: if the file is corrupted, won't open, or the balance sheet doesn't tie in the delivered workbook, we will fix it or refund you in full — your choice — no time limit on this guarantee.
• Not delivered: if a paid template isn't delivered within 5 business days, you get a full refund.
• Change of mind after download: because this is a digital file, we can't offer a refund simply for a change of mind once you've downloaded the working file — the same standard most digital-template sellers apply. If something is wrong with the file itself, the "broken or won't open" guarantee above always applies.
• Review call: the $399 tier's 45-minute call can be rescheduled or, if we cancel and can't rebook within a reasonable window, refunded for the call portion.

Scope of the review call

The optional $399 review call is limited to spreadsheet mechanics only — how to wire your numbers into the cockpit and how to make your balance sheet tie. It is not round strategy, valuation, or investment advice, and it does not create an advisory relationship. You'll accept this scope when you book the call.

Payment

When live, payments are processed by a merchant of record (card and tax), so no card data touches this site. The $399 and team tiers can also be paid by invoice or bank wire; a Korean tax invoice (세금계산서) is available for eligible entities. Flat fees only — no success fees, no equity, no securities activity, and no personalized investment recommendations.

Liability

The template and materials are provided "as is" for educational use. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the preceding three months. You are responsible for the assumptions you enter and for any decisions you make; consult qualified professionals before any financing or investment decision.
